RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At INSPIRE, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products built with purpose. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Limited edition drops

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through normal wear or improper care

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
